On our way back from my appointment (4 hours one way) we got behind a car that had a sticker on the rear window that something along the lines of “do you actually need that handicap card?” are you serious… Just what?! I wish he would of saw me because I would have loved to inform him that it isn’t okay. The sad part is nobody is going to speak up against that and he will forever think that’s acceptable. I just don’t understand. Someone truly thinks about that so much that they put it on their car? Thats the kind of thing that someone like the guy that wrote me that great message would have on his car.
iactaaliaest asked: You are an astounding young lady, and the fact that the difficulties you face seems to have brought you closer to God is even more astounding. You give me faith in the human race. Forget the haters- you are magnificent and I wish you, your boyf, and your family the happiest and easiest of lives. You are the definition of bravery and strength.
Wow thank you so much! Though I never wish for an easy life, just the strength to live this one with love and faith and courage. Without this life I wouldn’t be the person I am today! But yor message is amazing, thank you!
living-in-bed asked: Wow, I just came across your blog and you seem like such a strong person, and so full of faith! I have a chronic illness (ME/CFS) but it seems like nothing compared to what you go through. Sending my thoughts, hugs and prayers and I hope you're okay.
Thank you so much! I’ll be praying for you! I’m always here if you need to talk.
paperpoppystorebywheeliewifee asked: Are you okay, sweetie?? <3
It’s so funny I literally just sent you an ask. I’m totally fine! (:
isthiskindait asked: james-doe is an asshole, and I'm glad to see you put him in his place. Good on you for shrugging him off like you should. Nothing but support from this corner of the internet! <3
I’m so glad to see some support after posting that. Thank you so much (:
cecilia-green asked: hey, I hope everything went well with the surgery!
Thank you! It did and I’m back home with my nice new central line. I’ll be doing an update soon (:
I seriously just stared at this forever. Did this really just happen…
Okay, I’m pretty sure euthanasia is an option for you. I truly feel bad for you that that you live that worthless little thing you call “life” with such hate. I live a more full filling life, not matter how short it may be, than you will ever get the chance to know. What you see as pity is the most incredible love I’ve ever got the chance to witness, let alone be apart of. Anybody who has every seen the look in my parents eyes and how they talk about our life can see they are happy to have a “vegetable” of a daughter like me. And yes, let’s talk about my boyfriend for a second. We have a love so strong that the only love that could beat it is how much God must love me for giving me him. But he would say its the opposite. But I am not defending my relationship against you.
I just want to let everyone know…
I’m in the hospital. My central line fell out…..yes you read that right. It’s basically what keeps me alive so it’s dangerous not to have it. I’ll be having surgery at some point today. I’ll update when possible.
This was posted on Facebook. I just love this! I love how the comment is. Like the diease is the darkness and this room is the light. For those of you that don’t know, we (as in my community) are building a completely new handicap accessible bedroom, bathroom, and closet. My mom has been carrying me around the house for months as there is very limited space where I can use mychair in our two story house. We started construction about 21/2- 3 weeks ago and it will be readyto move In within a week. I thought I would post the Facebook page for the room! Pictures and updates are posted daily! If you go like it, write on the wall and say you came from here! It’s called “Building Corynna’s Room”
